In order to support the control of Covid-19 in accordance with the Government’s appeal in the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 53 of 2022 concerning the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 During the Transitional Period Towards Endemic, the Company hereby conveys additional provisions to the Participants related to the implementation of the Public Expose (Public Exposure). exposed) as follows:
- The Public Expose will be carried out by prioritizing the health and safety of all parties, with strict protocols as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
- Participants attending the Public Expose are required to comply with the health procedures set out in accordance with the Government Protocol, including:
- Participants who are in an unwell condition, especially having/feeling symptoms of Covid-19 infection (such as body temperature above 38°C, cough/runny nose/sore throat, shortness of breath, etc.) are not allowed to attend the event.
- Passing body temperature checks.
- Willing to wear a mask while at the event venue.
- Willing to not make physical contact in any form including shaking hands, while at the event venue.
- Willing to follow directions from the event officer while at the location of the event.
- At the time of registration, it is mandatory to submit a Health Declaration Form containing health and travel information. The Health Declaration Form can be downloaded on the Company’s website (www.nusarayacipta.com).
