PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban (PT JAP) and ADHI – NRC KSO signed a Contract of Work Agreement for the Patimban Access Toll Road Construction Package I (Sta.0+000-7+100) at the Laska Hotel, Subang (12/18).
The signing of the Contract of Work was carried out directly by PT JAP President Director Victor Nazarenko Mahandre and Rony Kusumanegara, acting as the representative of ADHI – NRC KSO, accompanied by PT JAP management and representatives from ADHI – NRC KSO.
The event was also attended by members of PT JAP’s Board of Commissioners, including Truly Nawangsasi (President Commissioner), Hudaya Arryanto Sumadhija (Commissioner), Lasarus Bambang S (Commissioner), and representatives of Shareholders.

The Patimban Access Toll Road, a National Strategic Project (PSN), will connect the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road at KM 89+475 to Patimban Port in Subang, West Java, with a total length of 37.05 km. Construction of 14.11 km of this toll road is being carried out by the state-owned enterprise (BUJT) PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban, while the remaining 22.94 km is being constructed by the government. Construction began in late 2023. Once the toll road is completed, its operation and maintenance will be carried out by BUJT PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban.
The toll road construction by BUJT PT Jasamarga Akses Patimban consists of Package I, 7.10 km long, and Package II, 7.01 km long. Package I is being carried out by the ADHI-NRC KSO Contractor and will begin in the first quarter of 2026 with a 16-month construction period. This Package I toll road will have the Cipeundeuy Interchange which is connected to the Subang Smartpolitan Industrial Area.
