PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA), a construction services company, is eyeing a project worth Rp 7.6 trillion in 2014.
Based on information disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the contract work is from carry-over contract of Rp 3.9 trillion, from the original plan of acquisition of new contract worth Rp 3.7 trillion.
To achieve the target, the company has prepared around Rp 45 billion for the purchase of heavy equipment for construction.
The company has been awarded a new contract of around Rp 4.6 trillion in January-December 2013. The new contract is up 70.3 percent compared to the company’s new contract obtained in January-December 2012 of Rp 2.7 trillion.
The projects obtained by the company include Crowne Plaza Hotel in Bandung. Area Plant 4 PT Astra Honda Motor in Karawang, Ciputra World 2, Pantai Indah Kapuk Avenuye, and Parahyangan Residences in Bandung.
In addition, the company is working on projects in Soho @ Podomoro City Jakarta, Tentrem Hotel in Yogyakarta, Indigo Hotel Seminyak in Bali, Cikampek-Palimanan section 5 and Ayana Residence Bali.
The Company also works on large-scale commercial building projects such as Sofitel Luxury Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, All Season Hotel Thamrin, Mas XL Batam Factory, Mayapada Lebak Bulus Jakarta Hospital, Rimba Bali Hotel, and Nestle Karawang Factory.

JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk is the 15th issuer listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this year. Issuers listing their shares starting today (27/6) opened at Rp 1,000 per share.
Shortly after the opening of trading session I, shares of issuers coded NRCA was immediately pushed to the level of Rp 1,270 or up 27% compared to the opening price. Meanwhile, NRCA shares had traded at the lowest level at Rp 1,000 and occupied the highest position of Rp 1,270.

Jakarta, GATRAnews – Construction services company, PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRC) targets new contracts to reach Rp 2.9 trillion by year-end. Meanwhile, until April 2013 itself, The acquisition of a new contract amounting to Rp 1.6 trillion.
“The acquisition contract in April was up 87.6% from the previous year’s earnings,” said NRC President Director Hadi Winarto Christanto, in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He explained that the company has the remaining contract from last year (carry over) amounting to Rp 2.3 trillion. If coupled with this year’s target, the contracts obtained by the Company until the end of this year will reach Rp 5.2 trillion.
He specifies that the projects to be signed are Ciputra World II project amounting to Rp 560 billion, Parahyangan Residence worth Rp 260 billion, and Sahid and Sudirman office buildings worth Rp 296 billion.
“In addition, we have also signed an infrastructure project with a joint operation (KSO) with Malaysian company PT Karabha to work on the Cikampek-Palimanan toll road with a contract value of Rp 7.7 trillion,” he said.

Construction services company PT Nusa Raya Cipta allocates most of its initial public offering (IPO) fund for construction work capital.
The management of the company, led by Hadi Winarto Christianto, mentioned that about 75% of the proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen working capital construction. The use of working capital is 20% for Ciputra World II project financing, 10% for Parahyangan Residence project financing, and 45% for financing the Cikampek-Palimanan toll road project. “The remaining 25 percent will be used for capital expenditure, which is to purchase new heavy equipment to support our infrastructure business, particularly for the Cikampek-Palimanan toll road,” he said in a prospectus published on Thursday (5/30/2013).

PT Nusa Raya Cipta’s construction service company will release 12.34 percent or 306.09 million shares in an initial public offering (IPO). The management, led by Hadi Winarto Christianto, explained that the bookbuilding period will start on today, Thursday (30/5/2013) until June 7, 2013. Meanwhile, the effective statement related to the corporate action is expected to be obtained on June 18, 2013.
“Initial listing of shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange we hope can be realized on 27 June 2013,” he explained in the prospectus published on Thursday (30/5/2013). Together with the IPO, the company will also issue a series warrants of 102.03 million shares that can be converted into new shares. The Series I warrants are granted to each new shareholder whose names are listed on the shareholders’ allotment list for free with the condition that each holder of three new shares will receive a single I warrant.
