The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk Fiscal Year 2019 was held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, in Jakarta.At this AGM, the Company agreed to distribute dividends of Rp. 60.43 billion or as much as Rp. 25 per share to shareholders.
